Gamesa has a Code of Conduct Compliance Channel through which employees can report breaches of ethics or integrity as well as breaches of the Code of Conduct.
The channel can also be used to raise queries about the interpretation and/or application of a Code and to make suggestions or proposals in connection with it. All indications received in this way are treated in confidence.
The written report must contain at least the following elements:

The personal data which is being kept and the personal data provided through the intranet, or by any other means, as well as any other personal data that you may provide at any time to Gamesa shall be included within a personal data file owned by GAMESA CORPORACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA, S.A. (hereinafter, the "Company"), maintained under the Company’s responsibility. The purpose of such personal data file is to manage the reports regarding the potential infringements of the Code of Conduct of the Company. Also, you may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding your personal data by sending a written notification to the registered office of the Company at the following address: Vizcaya Parque Tecnologico, Edificio 222, 48170 - Zamudio (Vizcaya). You may also exercise your rights by sending an email to the following address: legal@gamesacorp.com. Such written communication must include your name, address, date, signature as well as a photocopy of the ID card or other valid document that identifies you. By sending the present information, you expressly accept that the Company treats your personal data according to the abovementioned terms.
