Committees of the Board
Pursuant to the provisions of article 13 of the Regulations of the Board, and without prejudice to such powers as may be vested on an individual basis in the Chairman or any other Director (Chief Executive Officers), the Board may establish Executive Committees with general decision-making powers, or special committees for specific business areas whose powers are merely to inform, advise and propose, such as an Audit and Compliance Committee or an Appointments and Remunerations Committee.
