Conditions of purchase
We are delighted to inform our Suppliers that Gamesa has recently updated its standard terms & conditions of purchase.
The purchasing conditions set out below will be familiar to many of our suppliers, as they are based upon documents which govern our day to day business. Provisions related to safety and quality have been revised slightly because of the new Gamesa Suppliers´ Quality Manual. There are new clauses dealing with fraud and corruption. Finally, in compliance with Gamesa Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Principles and in our condition of signatories of the United Nations Global Compact, new clauses have been included dealing with the respect to Human Rights.
