Gamesa ensures the protection
of personal data of users according to the Law 15/1999 of December 13,
Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "Data Protection Act") and
Royal Decree 1720 / 2007 of 21 December, approving the development regulation
of the Data Protection Act. The access to this Website implies full and unconditional
The personal data provided through the Site as well as any other personal information that the User may provide at any time to Gamesa shall be included within a personal data file owned by the latter, duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency and maintained under Gamesa’s responsibility. The purpose of such personal data file is to properly manage the relationships maintained with the User or, where appropriate, with the Registered User in connection with the adequateuse of the Site.
In the case of those Users that simply access the Site with the purpose of browsing contents and information, Gamesa shall only keep certain information about the User’s IP address used to access the Site, date and time of access, Internet address containing the link that redirected the User to the Site, if any, and other information for statistical data purposes only.
In the case of those Users that have acquired the status of Registered Users, in accordance with the conditions and with the scope stated in the Legal Notice, Gamesa may request certain identifying information which will, where appropriate, be provided freely and voluntarily for the abovementioned purposes. Specifically, the Registered User may be interested in participating in the restricted area containing job opportunities, by providing, additional information about professional experience, educational level, language skills and other useful information or by sending an spontaneous CV. In this case, Gamesa shall manage such personal information with the purpose of evaluating the User’s, manage their data for the current opportunities as well as eventual opportunities that may be carried out in the future both by Gamesa or, where appropriate, by any of the Group companies.
The Website may contain and use "cookies" which are small files with pieces of information that are stored on the User's computer. Cookies are not enabled to access the data contained in that computer or on the User’s hard drive and its main purpose is to facilitate the navigation of the user experience on the Website. The user has at all times the ability to administer and manage the generation of "cookies" through appropriate choices made available by the Internet browser of the User. Not accepting cookies does not prevent the operation of the user by the Web Site unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Gamesa has determined that certain areas of the Website may be accessible by the user, or where appropriate by the Registered User, in a secure environment to ensure that the data shall be encrypted, in order to prevent its unauthorized use and access by third parties. This safe environment may be identified through the server address as it will start with the term "https:" instead of "http:".
The User or, where applicable, the Registered User expressly and unequivocally agrees to and accepts the international transfer of personal data to other entities that belong to the Gamesa Group of companies (detailed and updated information about such entities may be found at the Site) whether if domiciled in the Spanish territory or abroad, regardless if they offer or not a level of protection comparable to the one established in the Data Protection Act, and all this insofar as is necessary to properly manage the relationships that Gamesa has with the user.
Users may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding their personal data by sending a written notification to Gamesa, attn. Legal Department at the following address: Vizcaya Parque Tecnologico, Edificio 222, 48170 - Zamudio (Vizcaya). They may also exercise their rights by sending an email to the following address: email@example.com. Such written communication must include the User’s name, address, date, signature as well as a photocopy of the ID card or other valid document hat identifies the User.
