September, 2, 2010 Gamesa signs its equality plan with trade unions, establishing a framework for action for all of its worksplaces worldwide

• The company signs a framework agreement with trade union representatives to guarantee equality between men and women and to implement measures to achieve work-life balance 
• Gamesa creates a Standing Committee for Diversity and Equality, made up of company and trade union representatives, to monitor the plan and introduce  subsequent improvements to it
