Through the Code of Conduct Compliance Channel the employees of Gamesa can contact the Regulatory Compliance Unit to denounce activities that are unethical, lack integrity or act against the principles included in this Code of Conduct.
Also, this Channel can be used to formulate any doubts that may arise concerning the interpretation and/or application of the Code of Conduct or any suggestions, questions or proposals related to the Code of Conduct.
All communications received by the Regulatory Compliance Unit shall be handled confidentially.
The identity of the person submitting the report shall remain confidential, and shall in no way lead to any direct or indirect disciplinary actions resulting from the report, notwithstanding the rights accorded the subject of the report by prevailing regulations.
The written report must contain at least the following elements:
a) The name of the person submitting the report, with national identity number or the equivalent, as well as the preferred communication channel.
b) Identity of the subject of the report.
c) Facts and reasons for the report, specifying in as much detail as possible how the Code of Conduct was violated.
d) Place, date and signature.
The Code of Conduct Compliance Channel complies with the provisions of the legislation on protection of personal data.
