FTSE4Good

FTS4Good

Launched in 2001, the FTSE4Good Index Series is a series of benchmark and tradable indexes for socially responsible investors. It has been designed to measure the performance of companies that meet globally recognized corporate responsibility standards and to facilitate investment in those companies.

Index companies must meet criteria requirements in five areas, regarding environment, relationship with stakeholders, human rights, supply chain standards, bribery and climate change. The assessment is carried out by an independent agency, EIRIS (Ethical Investment Research Service).

The index consists of about 900 companies; Gamesa is included since March 2005.
