Gamesa’s Overall Health and Safety Policy materializes this undertaking, and it is conceived as a strategic tool for the company’s future sustainability. It can count on its employees’ full participation, along with that of their representatives, in addition to being open to external cooperation.

- Responsibility for Health and Safety is inherent to holding responsibility for people and is extensive to the whole organization, forming an integral part of each person’s and each activity’s management.
- Health and Safety requires everyone’s involvement and participation.
Gamesa Corporación Tecnológica has signed the World Safety Declaration, an agreement of the World Congress on Safety at Work, driven by DuPont. Over 40 multinational companies have already adhered to the declaration in the short time since it was established.
